Simultaneous router failures in two datacenters at 10:42 UTC caused a 10 minute outage for new image processing on Business and Free accounts. Normal service continued for Enterprise accounts, delivered from Sirv's failover datacenter. Our primary datacentre provider had resolved the issue by 10:52 UTC. About 1 in 5 requests were impacted. The CDN remained operational throughout, successfully returning cached images.
